Academic requirement.
In order to use any Product under the terms of this agreement, Institution must be an entity that is a “qualified educational user” as defined at https://www.microsoft.com/licensing/contracts as of the effective date of this agreement in order to be eligible for the Academic Open License Agreement program.  If Institution loses its status as a qualified educational user subsequent to licensing Products under this agreement, Institution may continue to use copies for which it is licensed, but Institution may not submit any new order for licenses under the Academic Open License program.
